Except where prohibited by law, LEXIAS shall not be liable for allergic reactions resulting from ingredients that are correctly disclosed on the product packaging or product pages.

Statements regarding cosmetic benefits are based upon intended product use and customer experiences where applicable.
LEXIAS does not guarantee that every customer will achieve identical cosmetic results.
Factors including:
- skin type;
- skincare routine;
- frequency of use;
- environmental conditions;
- genetics;
- lifestyle;
- existing skin conditions;
may influence product performance.
41. LEXIAS 14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
In addition to any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law, LEXIAS voluntarily offers a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
This guarantee is provided entirely at our discretion as an additional customer service benefit and does not replace or reduce your legal consumer rights.
The purpose of the Satisfaction Guarantee is to allow customers to try one cosmetic product with confidence.
42. CONDITIONS OF THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
To qualify under the Satisfaction Guarantee:
- the request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery;
- the product must have been purchased directly from LEXIAS;
- only one opened product per identical product line may be tested;
- reasonable product testing is permitted;
- excessive consumption is not covered.
If a customer purchases multiple units of the same product family—for example, multiple Lip Oils in different variants—the customer may open and test one product.
If the customer is dissatisfied, both:
- the tested product; and
- any remaining unopened variants
may be returned for a full refund.
However, where multiple products have been opened, LEXIAS reserves the right to refund only one opened product under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
43. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply where:
- products are substantially empty;
- products have clearly been excessively used;
- products have been intentionally damaged;
- products have been modified;
- products were purchased from unauthorized resellers;
- the guarantee is abused repeatedly;
- fraudulent activity is suspected.
LEXIAS reserves the right to refuse guarantee claims where there is evidence of misuse.
44. RETURN SHIPPING UNDER THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when using the voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee.
This does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable consumer law.
45. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days after:
- returned products have been received; and
- the return has been inspected.
Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
LEXIAS cannot accelerate banking procedures outside our control.
46. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Where permitted by applicable law, partial refunds may be issued where:
- only part of an order is returned;

47. EXCHANGES
